As you leave your car behind you in the Morgan Street parking lot, walk toward the jardin and notice the delightful patterns of Saltillo and Talavera tile under your feet. Just as the cool shade of the live oak starts loosening your mind, your gaze will rest on the calming green branches of palm and ficus trees... you know you are entering a refuge from the heat and noise of everyday life.
And, best of all, the Mall is the Harlingen Farmers Market's first partner. They have graciously offered this beautiful space to us each Saturday for local growers and consumers to come together. Healthy eating will be promoted here!
