The Harlingen Farmers Market at El Mercado Mall will be held weekly on Saturday afternoons beginning at 3:00 p.m., and will stay open either until the farmers are sold out, or 5:00 p.m., whichever comes first!

Those of you who are "farmers market savvy" already know that getting to the market early is important if you want to have the best selection - please keep this in mind.

The Harlingen Farmers Market (HFM) is a place for local RGV farmers to sell their products directly to RGV residents.

Do you grow vegetables, fruits, herbs or other edible products? Do you raise chickens for egg production? The HFM is ready to be your partner. The HFM will provide you with space to sell your produce and starter plants at no cost to you. Small-scale producers are welcome!

The mission of the Harlingen Farmers Market is to provide opportunities for farmers to sell their produce directly to consumers, while in turn offering consumers opportunities to buy locally grown produce directly from farmers.
